1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Advisor AI, available at advisor-ai.site, operated by Samdy Vin ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Advisor AI is a web-based platform that allows users to log business transaction data, answer structured check-in questions, and receive AI-generated business assessment reports. Reports include a performance snapshot, risk signals, and advisor action recommendations based on the data and context you provide.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at vin.samdy.dev@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Advisor AI offers paid subscription plans billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

• A 14-day free trial is available on all plans. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the service until that date.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused assessments within a billing period.
• Plan prices and features may change. We will notify subscribers at least 14 days before any price change takes effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform
• Share your account credentials with third parties or allow others to use your account
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent transaction data
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service or its servers

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Reports, recommendations, and analysis generated by Advisor AI are produced by an artificial intelligence system and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, legal, accounting, or business advice.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the output of the service. We strongly encourage you to consult qualified professionals before making significant business decisions.

7. Your Data

You retain full ownership of the transaction data and business information you enter into Advisor AI. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely for the purpose of generating your reports and operating the service. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Advisor AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law
